This sheet pan dolly holds up to 54 full-size (18' x 26') sheet pans or 108 half-size (13' x 18') sheet pans ideal for busy bakeries and commercial kitchens. The heavy-duty 1' extruded tube frame is made from 14 gauge 6063 aluminum and is designed to withstand daily use in commercial foodservice environments.
